This website is the official site for the New Visions Holistic Expo, a community event showcasing holistic health, metaphysical arts, and spiritual wellness.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you’re using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website (such as for a vendor profile or application), please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors may be able to download and extract location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.
When you visit our login or vendor application page, a temporary cookie may be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when your browser is closed.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
We do not sell or rent your information. Limited access to data may be granted to site administrators and contractors managing the event or website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely to allow follow-up comments without manual approval.
If you create a vendor or volunteer profile or submit a form, your data may be stored securely for administrative, event coordination, or contact purposes. User accounts (if created) allow users to view, edit, or delete their information at any time (except usernames). Website administrators may also access and manage that data.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have submitted a form or comment, you may request an exported file of your personal data. You may also request the deletion of personal data, excluding data we must retain for legal, administrative, or security reasons.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Vendor submissions and contact forms are securely stored and may be reviewed by authorized members of the New Visions Holistic Expo planning team.
