Volunteer Roles:
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with setting up booths, signage, and event materials before and after the expo.
- Guest Services: Welcome attendees, provide information, and help guide visitors throughout the event.
- Workshop Support: Organize and manage workshops and lectures, assisting speakers and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Vendor Assistance: Offer support to vendors during the event, including setup assistance and customer interaction.
Volunteer Commitment
We ask that volunteers commit to at least one full day (Saturday or Sunday) or two half-day shifts. Training and detailed instructions will be provided prior to the event.
