Join us this August 8th and 9th, 2026, as a part of the New Visions Holistic Expo Family!

Join us for the 24th Annual New Visions Holistic Expo, a premier gathering of holistic practitioners, wellness experts, and artisans at the York Expo Center in Memorial Hall, York, PA. This vibrant event takes place August 8-9, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your products, services, and expertise to an engaged audience.

As a vendor, you’ll connect directly with attendees who are passionate about holistic health, self-improvement, and spiritual growth. If your application is Approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your Vendor Profile. You can complete your contract, select additional promotional opportunities, and submit payment to confirm your booth reservation.

Note: These selections represent your preferred choices. Final booth assignments are determined by the event administrators and will be confirmed on your Booth & Add-On Form within your vendor portal if your application is approved.

  • 1 Table (8’x 36″)
  • 2 chairs (Folding)
  • 2 Booth Staff Name Tags

If you will require additional items you will have the opportunity to request Electricity and more items in your vendor portal once you application has been approved.

NEW VISIONS HOLISTIC EXPO — TERMS
& CONDITIONS

Required Prior to Submitting Your Vendor Application
By submitting your application to the New Visions Holistic Expo, you acknowledge and agree to
the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure alignment, clarity, and fairness during the
application and approval process.

1. Eligibility & Mission Alignment
The New Visions Holistic Expo is a curated, high-integrity event.
By applying, you confirm that:

  • Your business, products, and services align with our holistic, ethical, and wellness-based
  • mission.
  • All information provided in your application is accurate and truthful.
  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, nor
    does it reserve a booth until formally approved.

2. Review & Vetting Process

To maintain the quality and integrity of our event:
All vendors are reviewed on a first-come, curated basis.

  • Intuitive readers, psychics, mediums, tarot readers, astrologers, or metaphysical
    practitioners must complete a brief Zoom vetting call before approval.
  • This is to ensure ethical standards, professionalism, and alignment with our
    community.
    • The Expo Directors reserve the right to decline any application that does not align with event
      standards.

3. Approved Offerings Only

  • You may only offer the products and services listed on your application.
  • Approval is based on the information you submit.
  •  Any changes or additions require written approval before the event.
    (Full enforcement language appears in the Final Agreement.)

4. Payment Terms & Reservation Timeline

If you are accepted:

  • You will receive an approval email with a link to submit payment and complete your
    Vendor Agreement.
  • Payment AND completion of the Vendor Agreement must be submitted within 3
    weeks (21 days) of approval.
  • If payment is not received within 3 weeks:
    • Your booth may be released and offered to the next applicant.
    • Reapplying does not guarantee availability.

5. Refund Policy (Summary)
A complete refund policy will be provided in the Final Vendor Agreement. At the application stage, you acknowledge that:

  • No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2026.
  • Refund eligibility prior to that date is subject to administrative guidelines outlined in the
    Vendor Agreement.

6. Basic Conduct Expectations
By applying, you agree that if accepted:

  • You will maintain professionalism, kindness, and respect toward guests, staff, and fellow
    vendors.
  • You will refrain from disruptive behavior, high-pressure sales tactics, or any conduct that
    negatively impacts the event.
  • Booth sharing is not permitted unless approved in writing in advance.
    (Full conduct and removal policies appear in the Final Agreement.)

7. Liability & Insurance (Summary)
You acknowledge the following:

  • If accepted, you will be required to carry your own business liability insurance
    appropriate to your services/products.
  • You will sign a full liability waiver and indemnification clause in the final contract.
  • The Expo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your items or booth materials.

8. Use of Submitted Information (Website & Marketing)
By applying, you give permission for the Expo to use the information you provide for the
purpose of promoting your participation, if accepted.

This includes:

  • Your business name
  • Your bio/description
  • Your uploaded photos
  • Your product/service offerings

This information will appear:

  • On the New Visions Holistic Expo website
  • In online marketing materials
  • In printed promotional materials, if applicable
  • You agree that your submitted photos may be resized, cropped, or lightly edited for formatting consistency.

9. Photography, Video & Media Release
By applying, you acknowledge that if accepted:

  • Photos and videos taken of your booth and/or you during the event may be used for
    future marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • The Expo may use images of you, your staff, or your booth without compensation for
    promotional purposes.
  • You may request in writing if there are restrictions on photographing minors at your
    booth.

10. Acceptance of Full Vendor Agreement Required

  • If accepted, you must complete the Final Vendor Agreement, which includes full legal
    terms, liability waivers, conduct standards, insurance requirements, and operating
    policies.
  • Your booth is not considered confirmed until:
    1. You have been officially approved
    2. Payment is received within 3 weeks
    3. The Vendor Agreement is completed

Failure to complete all steps may result in forfeiture of your booth.

11. Agreement to Terms
By submitting your application, you confirm:

  • You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions
  • You agree to comply with all Expo rules if accepted
  • You understand approval is not guarantee
  • You understand your submitted information will be used for vendor visibility and
    marketing
  • You agree to the 3-week payment requirement after approval
  • You understand that additional legal requirements will be outlined in the Final Vendor Agreement
