New Visions Holistic Expo Sponsorship Agreement

Event Dates: August 8-9th, 2025

Event Location: York Expo Center, Memorial Hall East, 334 Carlisle Ave, York, PA 17404

Sponsorship Tiers and Benefits

Terms and Conditions

Payment: Full payment is required upon signing this Agreement. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

Submission Deadlines: Logos and materials must be submitted by May 1, 2026. Swag bag materials by June 1, 2026.

Booth Space: Sponsors at Radiance and above tiers will receive premium booth spaces.

Sponsor Responsibilities

  • Provide all required materials (logos, graphics, promotional content) by the deadlines outlined in Section 3
  • Ensure all materials are high quality and meet the Organizer’s specifications
  • Cover any costs associated with the creation or shipping of promotional materials for swag bags
  • Adhere to the Organizer’s event policies and booth guidelines (where applicable)

Swag Bag Contributions

Sponsors are encouraged to provide promotional materials (e.g., brochures, samples, coupons) for inclusion in attendee swag bags. Materials must be shipped to the Organizer by June 1, 2026.

Sponsorship Agreement Terms

By signing this contract, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the selected sponsorship tier and confirms that all questions regarding the terms of this agreement have been addressed.

  • No Refund Policy: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Logo Usage Permission: The sponsor grants explicit permission for the Expo to use their business logo, name, and promotional materials as outlined in the sponsorship tier for marketing and event promotion.
  • Independent Relationship: This agreement establishes a sponsorship arrangement between independent entities. It does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the sponsor and the Expo.
  • Payment Requirement for Promotion: Promotional activities, including any use of the sponsor’s logo or business name, will not commence until the sponsorship payment has been received in full by the Expo.
  • Acceptance of Terms: The sponsor fully understands and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
