Event Policies & Attendee Information

Welcome to the New Visions Holistic Expo, hosted by Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, educational, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, vendors, speakers, volunteers, and staff.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for a workshop, exhibiting, volunteering, or attending the Expo, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Photography & Media Notice
Photography, video recording, and other media capture will take place throughout the New Visions Holistic Expo.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that your image, likeness, voice, or participation may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, interviews, or other media captured during the event.
These materials may be used by Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC, New Visions Holistic Expo, event sponsors, exhibitors, media partners, and promotional partners for marketing, advertising, educational materials, social media, websites, printed materials, and future event promotion without compensation or additional permission.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or video recordings, please notify a staff member at the registration desk upon arrival. While we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background images or crowd scenes, we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request whenever practical.
Ticket Sales, Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC.
If the Expo is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be honored for the new event date or handled in accordance with the announced event policy.
Workshop & Special Event Policies
Some workshops, demonstrations, and special events have limited seating.
Please arrive early for workshops to ensure your seat. Late arrivals may forfeit their reserved space if seating capacity has been reached.
Workshop schedules, presenters, room assignments, and event times are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Separate workshop tickets, if required, are also non-refundable.
Vendor Products & Services
The New Visions Holistic Expo hosts a diverse group of independent vendors, practitioners, readers, artists, authors, educators, and wellness professionals.
Products, services, demonstrations, and opinions presented by vendors are solely those of the individual businesses and do not necessarily reflect the views or endorsements of Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC or the New Visions Holistic Expo.
Attendees are encouraged to use their own judgment and conduct their own research before purchasing products or participating in services.
Educational Disclaimer
Presentations, workshops, demonstrations, readings, and educational materials offered during the Expo are intended for informational, educational, and personal enrichment purposes only.
Nothing presented during the event should be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Always consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding your individual health, wellness, financial, or legal needs.
Personal Responsibility
By attending the Expo, you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation in all event activities.
You understand that participation in workshops, demonstrations, energy work, bodywork demonstrations, fitness activities, or other wellness experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
Liability Disclaimer
Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC, New Visions Holistic Expo, the York Expo Center, event sponsors, volunteers, speakers, vendors, and staff shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Loss of personal property
- Theft
- Damage to belongings
- Accidents occurring during the event
- Decisions made based on information presented by vendors or speakers
Attendance is at your own risk.
Accessibility
The New Visions Holistic Expo is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming experience for all attendees.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
If you require accommodations to fully participate in the event, please contact us in advance whenever possible so we can make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
All attendees, vendors, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to:
- Treat others with courtesy and respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
- Follow instructions provided by event staff.
- Respect vendor booths, workshop spaces, and venue property.
- Help maintain a positive atmosphere for all guests.
Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate. Removal from the event does not entitle the individual to a refund.
Children
Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Please be mindful that some presentations or vendor products may be intended for mature audiences.
Service Animals & Pets
Only trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted inside the event unless otherwise authorized by the venue.
Pets and emotional support animals that are not recognized as service animals are not permitted.
Lost & Found
Lost items may be turned in to or claimed at the Registration Desk during Expo hours.
Items not claimed during the event may be retained for a limited time after the Expo. Please contact us if you believe you left an item behind.
Event Changes
While every effort is made to present the event as advertised, schedules, speakers, vendors, workshops, demonstrations, entertainment, and room assignments may change without notice.
Firefly Hollow Wellness LLC reserves the right to make changes as necessary to ensure the success and safety of the event.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
The New Visions Holistic Expo is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or schedule changes resulting from severe weather, emergencies, venue issues, government actions, public health concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
