By entering any giveaway or door prize drawing hosted by Firefly Hollow Wellness Center and the New Visions Holistic Expo, you agree to the following terms:

By submitting your entry, you consent to receive email communications from:
- Firefly Hollow Wellness Center
- New Visions Books & Gifts/New Visions Holistic Expo
- Featured speakers, vendors, or giveaway sponsors associated with the prize(s) you choose to enter
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email. Your information will never be sold or shared outside of these parties.
🎁 Pre-Event Giveaways:
-No purchase necessary to enter or win.
-One entry per person per giveaway unless otherwise stated.
-Winners will be chosen at random and notified via email.
-Prizes may be delivered digitally, shipped, or picked up in person, depending on the prize.
-If the prize is not claimed within the stated time frame (typically 72 hours), another winner may be selected.
-Open to U.S. residents 18 years and older.
🏟️ Door Prize Drawings (At-Event Only):
Door prize entry is only available to attendees who are physically present at the New Visions Holistic Expo.
Entries must be submitted at the official Door Prize Table or the website during the event.
Prize drawings will take place hourly throughout the Expo weekend.
Winners will be posted on the Door Prize Results page of our website and on the Winner Board at the event.
Prizes must be claimed within one hour of posting. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
Attendees may only win one door prize per day to allow fairness for all guests.
📝 General Conditions:
Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Firefly Hollow Wellness Center, New Visions Holistic Expo, and affiliated vendors/sponsors from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel giveaways at any time.

Q: Can I enter more than one giveaway?
Yes! You can select multiple speakers/vendors during the entry process.
Q: Do I need to attend the Expo to win?
Not for pre-event giveaways—but you do need to be present for weekend door prizes.
Q: How will I know if I won?
Check the Winners Board above and keep an eye on your email (and texts if opted in).
Q: What if I don’t claim my prize in time?
We’ll draw a new winner after 2 hours for door prizes. So be sure to check the board frequently during the Expo!
