Join us for the 23rd Annual New Visions Holistic Expo, a premier gathering of holistic practitioners, wellness experts, and artisans at the York Expo Center in Memorial Hall, York, PA. This vibrant event takes place August 9–10, 2025, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your products, services, and expertise to an engaged audience.

As a vendor, you’ll connect directly with attendees who are passionate about holistic health, self-improvement, and spiritual growth. If your application is Approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your Vendor Profile. You can complete your contract, select additional promotional opportunities, and submit payment to confirm your booth reservation.

Licensed Services

You have selected to offer licensed services. To do so, you must provide the following documentation: a current, unexpired license, and insurance. Failure to provide these documents will result in the rejection of your application.

Current License & Liability Insurance

All health practitioners offering bodywork services must have valid liability insurance for the New Visions Holistic Expo.
This includes massage, chiropractic, and body manipulation services. A copy of the policy must be submitted with the application.
This standard safeguards all parties.

The expo maintains comprehensive event insurance, but you must provide insurance coverage for any attendee injuries sustained at your booth due to your services.
The policy must be valid during the expo.

Individuals aspiring to offer massage services must be Pennsylvania state certified.
We must have a photocopy of your certificate.

– Proof of liability insurance is required.

Liability Insurance: As a bodyworker or energy healer, it is mandatory to provide proof of liability insurance coverage as a condition of this application.

Need Assistance at Expo? Let us know!

Volunteer Services

Volunteers are here to assist you during the event. Please review the available services and guidelines:

Setup and Cleanup Assistance: Volunteers are available to help with setup and cleanup.
They can carry items from vehicles to vendor booth spaces but will not set up booths to prevent damage to merchandise.
Break Coverage: Volunteers can assist with bathroom and food breaks. If you need a break, text the phone number provided in the vendor packet.
Volunteers will respond and send someone as soon as they are available.
Booth Monitoring: Volunteers can stand outside your booth for up to 15 minutes to inform guests that you’ll return shortly.
However, volunteers will not handle booth operations, sales, or money. Their role is strictly limited to watching and communicating with guests.
Time Limitation: If you have not returned after 15 minutes, volunteers will move on to assist other vendors.
