Payment: Full payment is required upon signing this Agreement. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
Submission Deadlines: Logos and materials must be submitted by May 1, 2025. Swag bag materials by June 1, 2025.
Booth Space: Sponsors at Radiance and above tiers will receive premium booth spaces.
Sponsors are encouraged to provide promotional materials (e.g., brochures, samples, coupons) for inclusion in attendee swag bags. Materials must be shipped to the Organizer by June 1, 2025.
