Sponsor Our Event

The New Visions Holistic Expo agrees to provide the sponsor with the services and materials specified in the chosen sponsorship tier. The details of each tier are outlined below:

Brochures in Swag Bags:
The sponsor agrees to provide the expo with:

222 brochures, samples, or other small marketing materials that fit in a 15”x15” swag bag. The sponsor is responsible for the cost of these materials and must deliver them to the expo by Friday, August 4, 2023. The materials can be dropped off or mailed to the Firefly Hollow Wellness Center at 200 Farm Lane, York, PA 17402.

Brochure Ads:
Single ads are 2.25”x2.25” and double ads are 4.5”x2.25”, and they will be printed in greyscale. Ads must be submitted by June, 30th, 2023.

Social Media Feature:
Sponsors will be featured on all social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, with exposure to over 8,000 followers. The features will include posts, photos, and other information about the sponsor to promote their business. Sponsors will be featured a minimum of four times.

Tickets:
Sponsors will receive tickets by mail by June 30th 2023. The sponsors can then distribute the tickets as they see fit.

Speaking Opportunity:
Sponsors are guaranteed one speaking opportunity during the event. The lecture topic must be submitted by June 30th, 2023, and the expo reserves the right to approve or disapprove the topic.

Logo and Link on Expo Website:
The sponsor’s business logo and website link will be featured on the Expo’s business webpage and sidebar. This allows attendees to easily access the sponsor’s website and learn more about their business.

Social Media Feature:
Sponsors will be featured on all of the Expo’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, with exposure to over 8,000 followers. Features will include posts, photos, and any other information pertinent to the sponsor to promote their business. Sponsors will be featured a minimum of four times.

Speaking Opportunity:
Sponsors are guaranteed one speaking opportunity during the event. The lecture topic must be submitted by June 30th, 2023, and the Expo reserves the right to approve or disapprove the topic. This is a great opportunity for sponsors to share their expertise and knowledge with attendees.

Single Booth:
Sponsors have the option of claiming a single regular (in-line) 10’x10′ booth with one 8’x30″ table and two chairs. This does not include electricity or any additional items. Sponsors are still required to complete a separate vendor contract. If the sponsor would like to upgrade their booth (by claiming an end booth or adding additional booths), additional fees apply.

Logo on Swag Bag:
The sponsor’s logo will be featured in a 2″x2″ greyscale image on the swag bag alongside other Expo sponsors. All sponsors can have their logo featured on the swag bag for an additional $100.00 fee. Spaces are limited and logos must be submitted by June 30th, 2023.

Video Interview:
The sponsor will be interviewed (remotely or in person) for a five-minute feature. The video interviews will be promoted through social media and emails.

Attendee Email List:
The sponsor will receive the list of submitted attendee email addresses no later than September 1, 2023.

Logo Featured on Website:
The sponsor’s logo will appear directly below the banner at the top of the webpage.

Logo on Event Fliers: The sponsor’s logo will appear on event fliers for distribution.
