Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming expo. In order to ensure the quality and content of our speakers, we require all applicants to submit their lecture topic(s), and any speaking documents (if applicable) for approval.

Please Note: All speakers at this year’s event will be recorded for our guests to view after the event. If you are selected, you will be required to complete a media release form so we can make your lecture recording available to the attendees for later viewing.

Speaking Details: Each selected speaker will be assigned a speaking time and will have 45-50 minutes to present. Due to the nature of the venue we currently do not have a power point/projector available for presentations. We suggest handouts as an alternative for visual aid needs. Handouts also give attendees easy access to your business contact information that you may have printed on your handouts.

Once we have received your documents, we will review them and select speakers for this year’s event in July. If you are selected you will be contacted at that time. Please note that all submissions must adhere to our guidelines and code of conduct. We reserve the right to reject any materials that do not meet these standards.
